- Ask the repairer which parts are still removed and whether they will accompany the vehicle.
- Obtain the release contact and opening hours before proposing a collection time.
- If the car has been impounded, establish the lot address and release requirements before arranging an independent collection.

Is same-day pickup available in Calgary?

What if the vehicle is already at the municipal impound lot?
Calgary Parking provides a separate process for locating and reclaiming an impounded vehicle. Establish the release requirements before requesting collection from the lot.
